PIEnglishLanguage Cipher; ALL English words and values C# Function

Here are links here for all the words converted to number using the cipher researched by Marty Leeds.  I got the list from a google search so no guarantees on spelling.

This is the c# function source code that I created for using the cipher.  Apply as you want!
